This zine accompanies several blog posts in which I argued with a conservative view about contemporary art. It emerged from continued research into and around digitisation, what the world looks like, how we think about it, and ethics. It is an offshoot of the zine I made with Maria Ahmed, In Pursuit of an Object, Hands Can Miss the Object (a project Maria and I remain committed to). The zine can be read alone or in tandem with the posts and the wider project. Other than expressing my steadfast rejection of dogmatism, I hope it provides few – if any – answers, only questions.
